Everything has its time;
Show me a reason and
I'll soon show you a rhyme ...

Where my spirit can run free ...
Gotta find my corner of the sky!"

Welcome to my 'about me' page.  I'm not sure what to say here ... but suspect you're here to learn about me ... so that's what I'll tell you.

I guess I am now considered middle aged (when did THAT happen?!).  I have been happily married to the same man for well over 20 years (love you, Rick!).  I'm honestly not sure how he puts up with me, but I'm happy he does!  Although we have no children, we do have our two pound pups, Abbey and MacKenzie, who are just like our "kids".  Rick and I enjoy traveling, attending cultural events, going to minor and major league baseball games, and seeing movies, among other things.

I am currently the owner of my own small business, Pure Imagination, LLC where I teach creative arts of all types to youngsters from age 2 to 12 years.  I love working with children and when not on my own assignments at local daycare centers and libraries through Pure Imagination, I teach drama workshops for The Delaware Children's Theatre and The Child Drama Workshops.

My hobby is theatre.  I love performing and have been in many shows in the area.  I consider The Delaware Children's Theatre to be my "home away from home" and I have done many roles on the DCT stage.  Favorite roles include Ida in "Honk!", the Duchess in "Alice in Wonderland", Aunt Polly in "Tom Sawyer", and the Wicked Stepmother in "Cinderella".  In addition to the many shows I've appeared in, I have also worked backstage on several shows and have served as both Assistant Director and Co-Director for DCT's "Theatre for the Very Young."

In addition to DCT, I have performed for many other local theatres.  Favorite roles have included Peter (understudy) in "Peter Pan", Grace Bradley in "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever", and Miss Watson/Sally Phelps in "Big River".

I have also served as Assistant Director for high school productions of "Funny Girl", "Annie", "Guys & Dolls" and "Les Miserables" and have directed middle school performances of "Clowns" and "The Castaways".
